Next Saturday 4th July, « Little Miss Sambucus » is being launched. Created by l'Ermitage in collab with Humphrey [chez PIAS]. The beer is made with wild elderflower from our own garden ! You can expect a Food pairing with several (exclusive) beers from l’Ermitage and Humphrey [chez PIAS] food.
