The whole month of November, we are challenging a selection of fine restaurants in Brussels to add a plant-based (vegan) dish to their menu – with an optional appetizer or dessert. Customers try the dish and vote on the best in several categories.
On Sunday, December 9, 2018, Ostend becomes the largest star restaurant in the world. No fewer than 5 bartenders and 27 Belgian chefs - representing 13 Michelin stars and thousands of Gault & Millau points - will gather at Thermae Palace with cocktails and dishes created for the occasion.
Chefs Collective Belgium is a passionate national gastrocollective, to send a signal to the outside world. Under the motto "one team, one dream" they will join forces for a stronger sense of solidarity within the sector.
Make sure you get a ticket before they are gone! Be hungry, thirsty and danceable, because there will be enough DJs to dance all night long.
